High Fiber Chia Seed Yogurt Cup

Ingredients: (serve for 1)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 150g low fat natural yogurt
  • Several in season fruit (e.g. blueberry, strawberry)
  • 2 tablespoons high fiber cereal

Instruction:

  1. Soak the chia seeds with room temperature water for 10 minutes until swelled. Add the chia seeds into the yogurt and mix well.
  2. Pour the yogurt in a cup. Add some sliced fruits and cereals. Ready to serve.
