Avocado Chicken Wrap

Ingredients (serve for 2):

  • Avocado, half piece in large size OR 1 piece in small size (sliced)
  • 150g of chicken breast, diced and marinated with oil, salt and pepper for 15 minutes
  • 4 slices of romaine lettuces (washed)
  • Half piece of sweet red pepper (seeded and stripped)
  • 2 tablespoons of salad dressings
  • 2 pieces of Mexican wraps
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

 

Instruction:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, stir in diced chicken breast and cook until browned. Add sweet red pepper and fry for 1 minute. Set aside.
  2. Put romaine lettuce on the Mexican wrap, then put chicken breast, sweet red pepper, avocado and salad dressings on top, wrap and ready to serve.
